So what do they do when they're sick, or hurt, or drunk, or too old?
Hap Ki Do FTW... torture and dismember attackers piece by piece using their
own anatomic flaws and movements. Works when drunk, when old, when hurt,
when sick, when weak, and works against the strongest and fittest of
opponents... Destroy nerves, tear tendons, dislocate joints, use every
cruel cheap shot in the book to come out alive and in control.
Martial art form elitism rant aside... I love martial arts, Tae Kwon Do
included. It's the perfect exercise, not only for health, but for a keen
and responsive mind, and also for a sense of fellowship with your fellow
students and masters, and their families. I find that a good martial arts
school bonds like a family, and also teaches both the confidence *and the
responsibility* that comes with an aptitude for graceful violence.

Hello, have you tried MUSCLEader (search on Google)? There you will find a
great free video explaining the best way to grow noticeable muscle mass
quickly while shedding fat simultaneously. Brandon and hundreds of guys
with the same goal enjoyed positive results applying this system. It may
help you out as well...

3:51 DO NOT USE THIS IN SELF DEFENSE!!! Worst technique ever. If you land
on a little rock, peace of glass or nail. you are in great danger of being
paralyzed for the rest of your life. Though Tae Kwan Doe is a great art and
sport, There are big gaps as a self defense technique. I still love it.
