Por casualidades del destino, Eun Chan es confundida por un hombre por el hermano mayor de Han Kyul, Choi Han Seong, (Lee Sun Gyun, y gracias a él comienza a trabajar para el Coffee Prince, donde se enamora de su temperamental presidente, Choi Han Kyul, (Gong Yoo). Han Kyul la contrata adrede para evitar un matrimonio concertado pretendiendo estar románticamente relacionado con el "gay", Eun Chan. Sin embargo Han Kyul comienza lentamente a tener sentimientos reales por ella, aunque sigue sin creer en eso del amor.
