I used Sony Vegas 8 and WMM to edit the video. Master Bruce Lee's basis of his style is the way of the intercepting fist but it evolved into Jeet Kune Do which Bruce himself said stood for combining the things that work from each martial art into one. The Tao of Jeet Kune Do was a fantastic book and basis to Jeet Kune Do and it's philosophy's. Every single fighter on this earth should be forced to study this book. I do warn you, the moves in this book should not be looked as a blue print to Jeet Kune Do, no, the moves and techniques depicted in the Tao of Jeet Kune Do are merely a basis for the embodyment of the concept that is Jeet Kune Do. The Tao of Jeet Kune Do is not the blueprint to the essence of Jeet ...

This video bumped POD out of the number one spot on TVU, and stayed so long it had to be retired. Look for some cameo's from Dirt, maxone, and many many more!

FROM WIKI "Kajukenbo is a hybrid martial art that combines karate, judo, jujutsu, kenpo, kung fu and boxing. It was invented in 1947 in Oahu, Hawaii, at the Palama Settlements." I liked this episode myself -- if you can find some place to get it, definitely look for it! The disarming stuff was alright, and the 'Bull Ring' was somewhat reminiscent of the Krav Maga episode, but the fights were where it was at. Doug definitely did an awesome job. If you've kept up with the series since episode one you'll see that Doug had MASSIVE TROUBLE doing kicks. Watch and see what he can do now, it's really quite impressive. This is the last episode of Fight Quest Season 1. Hopefully I'll be able to find other cool fighting stuff to upload for you guys!
